Im using Windows 11 2H23I reset my PC earlier and reinstalled Windows via cloud installation and set it up as a completely new PC.Now I have the problem that it feels like I no longer have the rights I had before, when I want to open Windows Defender I only get the message ''Page not available. Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app,... contact IT helpdesk for more information''. I'm also missing check boxes (I wanted to disable the password when i start the PC, which always worked before and I had also set it long before the reset) and I can't remove the Windows He
