problem with my Bluetooth driver

hi I have a victus laptop (845A2UA) . my Bluetooth icon isn`t on the taskbar . i tried everything , i reinstalled the driver , i updated my bios , and at the end i reinstalled my windows but nothing changed . what should i do ?
