Problem with Microsoft Bluetrack mouse after updating Windows 11 to 24H2

Helow, I wish you a happy new year.Recently, Windows 11 on my laptop was updated to 24H2. Since then I have a problem with my mouse.After shutting down and rebooting, the mouse wheel scrolling is too slow. Even worse, in Mathematica it doesn't scroll at all. Ok, I opened the settingsand increased scroll speed. This seemed to fix the problem, but... in Mathematica it doesn't work. And if I restart Windows (not by shutting down),the wheel scroll becomes too fast. If I set it to lower speed, all is ok, except... if I shut down and reboot again, the problem reappears.I tried an older Microsoft mou
