Problem with Microphone in Headphone

Hello, I'm having trouble with my headphones. The model of the headphones are the JBL quantum 100 and the problem I'm having is that the microphone isn't working but the sound is perfect. I tried every solution i can find and even drivers don't work. There's also no error message and the microphone doesn't show up.
