When I boot up windows 11 on my HP laptop, I get the following error related to "just-in-time (JIT) debugging", and I need to know the easiest way to fix it: "See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box. ************** Exception Text ************** System.Xml.XmlException: '.', hexadecimal value 0x00, is an invalid character.
