problem with dll file from Qustodio

I frequently have problems with Roblox. Most recently I can't open the app, despite uninstalling it, clearing the registry of all related files, and reinstalling a fresh download. The error message I get now identifies this dll file, which is from Qustodio. This app is installed on my laptop as a parental control, which I hate, but whatever. We have uninstalled Qustodio and removed all these files in the registry, too. I cannot find this dll on my computer, even in the Recycle Bin, and the only program this affects is Roblox. I do not have a blue screen of death, and everything else work
