Problem with display port at windows startup

Hello. I’m having a problem with my monitor. When I turn my PC on, I see booting screen that shows bios entry keys and circle loading screen of windows. But as soon as I get login screen. My monitor loses connection and I have to replug display port or replug power cable. After that monitor and pc works perfectly fine. I tried using hdmi, and it worked but my pc resolution doesn’t let me use it with 120+ hz.I also tried reinstalling drivers with ddo but it doesn’t help.When I had windows 10, I didn’t have this problem.
