Problem with creating a Microsoft account during the windows 11 set up process. (Before reaching windows Home Screen and can freely use pc etc)

Hi there!Sorry for the long question but I’m in dire need of assistance, any replies are welcome and appreciated.I’m having an absolute nightmare these last few days with windows 11. When I do a fresh install of windows 11 and I go through setting up everything, I come to the part where in setup after a fresh install it asks you to sign in or create a Microsoft account, I want to make a new Microsoft account so I click the option that says create one, and I fill in what outlook email I want, Date of birth etc, and then it comes to the security page.
