Problem with "Confirm your identity"

Hello,I have tried to logg into my Micorosoft account here (this Microsoft platform from where I wirte now) and see my profile. I'm now already logged in. But when I click on the icon in the above corner on the right and want to see my profiel --> I'm directed to another login (although I am ALREADY logged in) --> then I filled correctly my email and my correct password --> Then a new window from Microsoft appears: "Confirm your identity"BUT I did NOT receive a confirmation email from Microsoft to this email! It is also not in the spam folder!This is totally WEIRD!What is going on?P.S
