Problem with BSOD after installing new disk NVMe in laptop

Hello,I am writing to you csuse of problem. After I bought and installed new disk SSD (Samsung 980 Pro) I got blue screens while starting laptop (there is logo of Acer, black screen and BSOD but I cannot see what because It appears for exactly one second) and when my laptop goes to sleep mode. Here is my specifications:Laptop model: Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55-54LNCard Graphics: Intel UHD Graphics and RTX 2060 6GBDisk drive: WDC PC SN530 SDB 512GB which is "original" disk and Samsung 980 Pro 2TB (new bought)Processor: Intel Core i5-10300H 4 core 8 threads, 2,5GHz basic and 4,5GHz TurboRAM memory: 2x
