problem with Bitlocker recovery key on second drive

I have two drives in my laptop: system and data. Recently, I did upgrade to Windows 11 and saw that the data drive that was secured with Bitlocker was inaccessible. This didn't worry me because I knew I had my recovery keys in my Microsoft account. Unfortunately I was wrong, for some reason they became unavailable. My device is visible, but my keys are not showing. Can anything be done about it?
