Problem with activation of Windows

Good afternoon.6 months ago, the Windows server on my computer was updated from version 10 to version 11. Since that time, it says in the settings that Windows isn't activated. Also, it says that the product key is already used on another device , but the key of the product wasn't used anywhere else, only on my computer.
