problem w/ Windows 11 Pro PC - tried fresh install - doesn't meet system requirements

My Windows 11 Pro PC was acting up. I tried to do a restore w/system backup using EaseUS Todo Backup.As the restore completed, error in dataCan't reboot, asks for boot device.Using the media creation tool I created a usb Windows bootable cd on my other pc.Boot up., enter key "PC doesn't meet system requirements for this version of Windows"But this is the same Windows version that I have been using for the last few years ?
