Problem using Adobe Lightroom Classic with Windows 11.

I am no longer able to download photos from my camera or card reader into my Adobe Lightoom Classic program. No problems previously. Download freezes, buffer wheel appears, eventually get blue screen error message and computer restarts. Let an Adobe tech remotely access computer and same issue repeatedly occurred. He said the problem is with my operating system,
