Problem update KB5048667

Hello,Yesterday before I turned off my computer, I ran an update (maybe it's this KB5048667). Today when I start Windows, I get to the login screen, enter my password, and then a window automatically appears for selecting personalized offers from Windows. Whatever option I give (yes or no), an error appears that something went wrong (OOBESETTINGSMULTIPAGE). I enter through safe mode and from there I can't uninstall the last update. It says with a red exclamation mark that something went wrong and I don't have access to the updates. Also, I can't use MS Office through safe mode.Please help me.
