I've got an LG Evo C2 48 TV (supports 4K and 120hHz), and when I connect my notebook through HDMI, there is no way to use 4K and 60 Hz (the only resolution that allows me to run above 30 Hz is 1920x1080). My laptop is a Acer A515 54, Core i5 from the tenth generation and has intel UHD graphics and I know that he can't run games in 4k (I don't even try to play games on it, but I want to see videos and other things in 4K).
