Problem to change settings

Hello,Windows or my cat has reset some settings in my Windows 11. When I right-click on the start icon and select Device manager, I get the error message below. I also can't update Windows because of this Appreciate if anyone knows how to remove these error messages This is my personal PC so I should be able to change what I want.
