My computer is prompting me to sign into my Microsoft account. It accepts the password then wants to send a code to my E-Mail, which never arrives. I tried entering an alternate E-Mail in case there was ever a time when I would have to close my primary E-Mail account account and now it wants to set up a completely new account based on the alternate E-Mail address. I clicked to cancel that but it won't cancel unless I put in a code which is suppose to go to my original E-Mail address. Nothing is ever received and I checked the Junk mail.
