Problem Shifting from windows 10 32 bit to 64 bit

So i had a verifed copy of windows 7 professional 32 bit , then i Migrated to windows 10 with the installtion tool it worked fine , but the 32 bit was same and pro too , i wanted to change to 64 bitwhen i used to tool again to make the bootable pendrive it worked too , then from my pendrive the installation i said i dont have a product key(cuz i have a digital licence) and then the option of costom or upgrade i did custom and then i selected the drive where i had the windows 10 downloaded along with windows 7 in the windows.old folder, it began installing files and then when it restarted it sh
