Problem connecting to Exchange online Outlook

We are are on a Domain. And do have a DNS issue you can see the thread at: We can't sign your in with these credentials

Some computers work fine getting email using Outlook and Online Exchange while others have issues.

While setting up Outlook to Exchange Online we get these errors. Hopefully you can tell us why.
