Problem after installing update KB5041585

I am running Windows 11 version 23h2 SO 22631.3880. After installing update KB5041585 i am no longer able to use the shift+right click (run as a different user) option with the icons pinned to the task bar. It just opens as a regular left click app.Anyone know a solution to this or have encountered that too?Updates are managed by intune.Thank you in advanced.
