I use aspire 5 and it connected to RIcoh C3503. I used to use the scanning services. However, after upgrading the software, I cannot connect the scanning to the PC, and cannot print when I use ricoh driver. I can only print using Mircosoft driver but it is quite slow and sometimes it cannot print out the orders. What should I do? Thanks!
