I have a Brother DCP-J315W printer (wi-fi connect) (very old). It was printing ok up until this morning. But when I tried a scan it would not scan. There is no communication between printer and scanner. And since I ran the troubleshooter which could not fix the issue and also changed the device driver to Brother (made printer the default in lieu of windows driver) the print function no longer works. Changed back to windows driver and same result. Zero communication. However a print queue loads up and when I restart the computer all the print queue prints up ok. Computer is a Dell XPS 8940. I d
