Printer says it's offline when it's not

I have a printer at the office, it is networked to multiple computers. It will print on other computers fine, but won't print on this specific one.it just sometimes won't work on this specific computer. The IP on the printer is correct, I can ping the printer completely fine from the computer. I have activated "use when offline" but it still won't print. I can't see any documents from the print queue on the pic in question on any of the other printers. Unable to reinstall the printer at the moment but everything else is updated.
