Printer offline problem.

I am getting a message saying my printer is offline. My printer has been online and working just fine. I had this problem at times when I had windows vista. And was able to solve the problem with help. Now I have windows 10 and the same solution I used before does not work on the new computer. The wireless is connected and the printer is on and works. Does anyone know the path to fix this on windows 10.
