We have network printers. It is connected to all the users via wireless connection. And it's mostly offline for some users.Our network is setup this way
rinters : 10.10.0.1/24Laptops and Desktops : 10.20.0.1/24My temporary solution is to Stop and Restart the print spooler from time to time, and it will work again temporarily. This is my everyday struggle.My suspicion might be because the user is not shutting down their devices, especially those laptop users. They just close the laptop lid, then time out.
