Printer Error - 0x00000002

We upgraded all of our computers to Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 3. All computers run Windows 11 Home. All computers have been able to successfully install and use the various printers, except one. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the printers, changed ports, changed IP addresses, and no luck. The computer let's us install the printers just fine, but then when you try and print we get this error: Operation could not be completed (error 0x00000002). The system cannot find the file specified.The two printers in question are Canon C5250 and Canon C5500 - both which use the Canon Gener
