Hi,
We share a network printer in our office. Recently, one of the computer was found failing in printing on the printer while other computer can print normally. I've tried re-installing the printer driver on the computer but didn't work. I also looked up the \system32\spool\printers directory and didn't found any stuck documents.
Besides, I tried to enabled the "Keep printed documents" in the printer properties. Then I tried to print and the documents was processed and shown printed in the queue. But in fact the printer doesn't really have printed out the document. I've never have this problem before. I wonder the file has never arrived the printer / the printer has dropped the file.
