Printer connected to different network to pc

I’ve got a standard home Wi-Fi set up and I recently installed a new printer but the printer has connected to another network to the main one which has the same network SSID but with a three on the end and this network shows up in the network sharing centre as private but doesn’t appear on manage my networks anywhere. So my PC is connected to the main network and the printer is connected to this other one which as a result means I can’t print anything and I don’t appear to be able to get rid of this extra private network which I have.
