Print Spooler carshing when trying to print from an application in Windows 11

None of the printers is available for printing, so I tried printing directly to the printer, avoiding the print spooler. Tried updating the driver for all networking printers, and uninstalling and reinstalling all the printers. There are two dependent services missing for print spooler, HTTP service and MsQuic in Windows 11.
