PRINT SCREEN BUTTON STOPPED WORKING

Hello, My prtsc button stopped working all of a sudden. Computer is new. Already tested the keyboard ( is ok), already restarted computer, checked whether button was enable on settings. But still does not work. I am using snipping shot, but is less contraintuitive, I would like the button to be enabled again. Please help, I use this a lot. Thank you
