Hello all. I am IT support for a small size company.
I have a remote client who uses a plotter to print large print jobs. The printer has connectivity to the network and can print pages (verified by printing test pages). However when trying to print this one .pdf file, the job hangs in the "spooling" state. I have cleared the jobs, stopped the spooler, and restarted multiple times from the GUI and cmd promt using the net start stop spooler cmds. It only happens with this one type of file, otherwise the plotter prints everything else fine. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!
