Print dialog box doesn't open when you right click to print a file

So if figured out how to fix the 15 file limit when I've got several files selected to print in the File Explorer and I want to right click to print them, but now they just automatically go to the default printer with my current (and most often used) settings. I want to be able to select the printer I want to use, control whether it prints color and whether it automatically duplexes the print job and I can't, because the print dialog box no longer appears.
