Preview Pane Windows 10 - Files with extension .Draw not showing

I can see other files okay in the Preview Pane window but not files with the file extension .Draw. See image.




I selected the file with heart/birds but it says "No Preview Available".

Any idea why they are not showing and how to fix this?
