Preventing OneDrive From Automatically Saving-Win 11

I have seen many posts on this issue but none of the answers apply to my situation. I only use OneDrive to send audio recordings from my phone to my PC. I have the backup set to off on all folders. Yet I will go in and find that program folders have been created in OneDrive Documents folder. An example would be my Corel Video software. It has been loaded onto my computer for some time. The C Drive has the folder in My Documents. I access OneDrive and I see that the Corel folder is also in OneDrive. I have to delete it. A while later it reappears again in OneDrive.
