Pressing the enter key moves the send button

Pressing the enter key moves the cursor to the next line instead of sending message in Whatsapp and Chatgpt. This issue was not present in the discord application.This happens on my external keyboard, the laptop's inbuilt keyboard as well and the on-screen keyboard available in Windows 11.
