Pressing numbers on keyboard while in game will sometimes minimize the game and open the calculator

Brand new computer, specs are i9 14900kf, rtx4070ti super, 32gram, 2tb m.2, water cooled. the computer is about 2 weeks old. Keyboard is not the issue it works fine on other devices and everything is updated. Im thinking this might be due to a windows update, one of those update was stuck at 70% installation. I left the pc running for 12 hours and and the update would not install, i had to unplug all devices for it to complete install. I want to try and uninstall that update, which is one of the last 2 on the picture, im just not quite sure which one. Anyone would know the one that could be ca
