Pressing my left mouse button sometimes triggers windows + D

i found out that it sometimes trigger windows + D for some reason because whenever i press, theres a chance it will send me to the desktop so it HAS to trigger windows + D right? and when i was holding ctrl and click and it triggers windows + d, it creates a new desktop which is even more annoying. i also didnt do anything with this mouse or change anything. when i bought it and plugged it, it just randomly do that after like 3 months after buying. (logitech g102)
