pressing caps-lock opens a new web tab and the settings window `System > About` and might be hotkeytted with winkey

Hi guys,my keyboard is by default set to lowercase like everybody else,when pressing caps-lock to enable the uppercase, it causes my computer to open: a web tab (how to get help in windows 11), system settings window (System > About), the only way to stop it, is by pressing back caps-lock.also when trying to prompt any random key after caps-lock has been enable, will be the equivalent of: holding both caps lock and winkey + <typed key>which means that after pressing caps-lock once and enable it, will act as if both caps-lock and winkey are continusely held, and typing L will Lock the
