Preparing automatic repair loop

When turning computer on, preparing automatic repair will show on the screen. This usually goes away in 20 minutes and is followed by a hp loading screen. This loading screen then does not go away.I have tried hard restart, but the loop happens again. I have tried to get into safe mode, but when I click F8 or F11 to get into advanced options, it says “please wait” and then is followed by a blue screen saying there is a problem, and the computer will restart automatically. The computer then goes back onto the hp loading screen and nothing happens.Is there any way I can fix this without losing f
