Premiere Pro unresponsive on Secondary Display after Windows update.

I have an HP Victus laptop RTX 3050ti. I am using an external Display (Dell u2722de). After a Windows update, the Premiere Pro timeline and project panel elements become unresponsive on the external display. I can't drag them. Premiere Pro works fine when I open it on the Laptop screen or Make My external screen the primary display. Also if I turn off the laptop screen and only use the External screen Premiere Pro works fine. I reinstalled the Premiere Pro, all the Nvidia graphics, and the control panel. Looks like Windows is the culprit here.Kindly Help!
