Premiere Pro 2025 freezes on startup. Adobe support was not able to correct problem. Recommended I contact Microsoft Windows 11 pro support

Earlier versions of Premiere Pro open correctly. After initial install, version 2025 opened and ran correctly. On reboot and restart, it freezes on splash screen and never starts. Have to close splash screen with task master. Updated NVIDIA software to no avail. Adobe support could not fix issue; referred me to Microsoft support.Thanks!
