I bought a Surface Pro 10 from the official website and requested it to be registered for Autopilot. The sales mentioned to me that he can only run the registration AFTER I obtained the laptop and provide him the serial number. (Which is not the case as one of my colleague received hers with Autopilot installed.)Anyway, I listened to him and now that I have received the laptop and provided him the seriel number, he will not reply to me and I cannot find a human from Microsoft to resolve this issue for me. How do I proceed from here please....
