Powertoys installation issue

Whenever I install or update PowerToys, halfway through the installation I get around 50 windows pop up asking if I am sure I want to cancel the installation. Normally, once I select 'No' on all of these windows the installation proceeds and completes as normal and Powertoys works fine.
