Powershell terminates itself upon startup.

I believe i encountered the problem a few months ago or so, everytime i start PowerShell, it simply terminates itself. Before it does though, it displays this error message:Windows PowerShell terminated with the following error: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Management.Automation, Version=3.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The module was expected to contain an assembly manifest.I tried to use every command, that i could find, that would fix corrupted files. Suprisingly that did not work.
