PowerShell 7.3.6 assistance request

Hello- I am just learning to work with PowerShell. I believe I have updated my computer to 7.3.6. Unfortunately, the computer keeps bringing up the Windows PowerShell & says, "Install the latest PowerShell for new features and improvements! Migrating from Windows PowerShell 5.1 to PowerShell 7 - PowerShell." Just after that, the command prompt shows as PS C:\\Users hjgib. At this point, I can honestly say I do not know what to do next to ensure it has been updated correctly. I primarily use Microsoft, so I got the update from the Microsoft store. Any input or ideas would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.
