I keep getting a notification that a USB device has malfunctioned and exceeded the power limits of its hub port. I have disconnected everything from my computer, and also hit the reset button and restarted my computer - as prompted. I still get the popup. How do I run the proper troubleshooter for Windows 11? I am only seeing Windows 10 suggestions and the settings are different.
