Power State Failure

This keeps on happening after around 10-20 minutes after turning on the laptop and the BSOD says Power State Failure or VIDEO DXGKRNL Fatal Error. Then NVIDIA could not be displayed due to no detectable graphics card, and it does not show up in device manager. My laptop is an Acer Nitro. I have tried to go back to previous version of windows, but no luck on that as all of the options available were not found or were unavailable.
