Power plans other than Balanced is entirely removed from my system, And whatever solution i try doesn't EVEN WORK AT ALL!

Hi, I am Running Windows 11 Pro For Workstations on my MI Notebook 14 Horizon Edition laptop and i need your help...As you can see, Only Balanced Power Plan is showing up on Power Options, I tried this cmd and restarted and everything:powercfg -import "balanced.pow" 381b4222-f694-41f0-9685-ff5bb260df2epowercfg -import "powersaver.pow" 40a2b0b8-9231-4fda-a3db-5c3de1e45d71powercfg -import "high.pow" 8c5e7fda-e8bf-4a96-9a85-a6e23a8c635cpowercfg -import "ultimate.pow" e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61But STILL, The power plans refuse to show up on control panel, Even this command: powercfg
