Post hacking help

I stupidly clicked a video link in a messenger post on the 21st of this month. This has resulted in numerous problems, starting with my Isp email being hacked and replies forwarded elsewhere. VM have since repaired this. I have also lost incoming emails via Outlook, since the 22nd, with only Microsoft outlooks "please update your credentials", "we don't have permission to get email etc" getting through. Also, things seemed to have changed on my laptop startup sign in screens. Is it right to have two identical login names on the bottom left, with different login options? Also, messenger has be
